How long do you ship your order?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days if the stock is available.
If we are out of stock on certain items, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Vacuum Sealer

The unit is plugged in but cannot vacuum.

Ensure the lid is accurately closed and the opening end of the bag is correctly installedinto the vacuum chamber. Check if the bag is punctured and if the foam sealing gasket isdeformed or cracked.
The bag was vacuumed, but the air re-entered.

A. Check if there is a hole or puncture on the bag. It may be punctured by sharp objects. Use a new bag if necessary.
B. Check the sealing seam. Any wrinkle along the sealing seam may cause air re-entering. If yes, simply cut the sealed edge and re-seal.
C. If there is moisture or liquid at the opening end, cut the bag and wipe it away. Then choose MOIST FOOD setting and reseal.
D. If the food has been stored for a long period of time and the bag is full of gases, it may spoil and it is suggested to discard the food.
How to vacuum and seal moist/wet products?

1. Try to drip and remove the visible water on the product.
2. Make sure the upper side of the bag is dry, especially the part of the bag which will be clamped by the heating element and silicon strip.
3. Contact support if you still need help.
All lights are flashing.

When overheating protection is triggered, all lights will be flashing. Please allow the machine approximately 15 minutes to cool down.
Unit keeps sucking and then stopped without sealing.

Please remove the gasket and put it back on the opposite side and try again with your hands pressing the lid to help the vacuum chamber to be air tightened.

Hand Blender

What is the best use for the hand blender?

The hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise, and baby food as well as for mixing and milkshakes.
when to use the chopper?

Chopper is perfectly suited for hard food, such as chopping meat, cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes etc.
Note: Don't chop extremely hard food, such as ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee beans and grains.
What is the use of the whisk and milk frother?

The whisk is only for whipping cream, beating egg whites, and mixing sponges and ready-mix desserts. The milk frother is only for blending milk.
How to take care of and clean the hand blender?

1. Always clean the hand blender thoroughly after use.

2. Unplug the hand blender before cleaning.

3. Do not immerse the motor part in water or any other liquid. Clean with a damp cloth only.

4. All other parts can be cleaned in a dishwasher. Do not use abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surface.

5. When processing foods with high pigment contact (e.g. carrots), the accessories may become discolored. Wipe these parts with vegetable oil before cleaning them.

Are the attachments dishwasher safe?

Yes. Unplug the hand blender before cleaning. Do not immerse the motor part in the water. Clean with a damp cloth only. All other parts can be cleaned in a dishwasher. Do not use abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surface.

Hair Straightener Brush

Can it be used on wet hair?

No, you should not use the unit on wet hair. Wet hair is more fragile and prone to damage, so it is best to dry your hair completely before using a straightener brush.
The temperature control is locked.

The temperature control automatically locks when reaching the target temperature to prevent accidentally pressing the wrong button during styling. "LOC" reminder will be shown on the display screen. when any button is pressed. Please double-press the power button to unlock.
Unable to adjust the temperature.

Press the "+" or "-" button to achieve the target temperature.
How to turn off the unit?

Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
The LED display shows "Err".

It is a safety feature triggered when the unit reaches a high temperature. It means that the unit is unusable. Please contact our support team.
What are the recommended temperatures for the different hair types?

Thick/dense hair: 410 - 450°F / 210 - 230°C
Medium volume hair: 340-390°F / 130-160°C
Soft/fine hair: 265-320°F / 130-160°C
